Customer Complaint: Vehicle is not starting We perform a battery test after charging the battery. Battery is good. We performed a voltage test on the alternator. Alternator is charging at proper voltage. We traced the short to ground at the battery terminals. RECOMMENDATION: Replace battery terminals
