WE are concerned with all kinds of repair, services and development of cars and trucks by doing proper troubleshooting and solving all minor and major types of engineering related problems. The engine is the heart of your car which is a complex machine built to convert heat from burning gas into the force that turns the road wheels consisting of two basic parts: the lower, heavier section which is the cylinder block, a casing for the engine's main moving parts; the detachable upper cover is the cylinder head. There are different types of engines which depends upon the types of fuel used, cycle of operation, number of stroke, type of ignition, number of cylinders, arrangement of cylinders, valve arrangement, types of cooling etc. and are used in automotive industries according to their suitability. Basically the engines are of two types - External combustion engine where the combustion of fuel takes place outside the engine and Internal combustion engine where the combustion of fuel takes place inside the engine. Two stroke and four stroke petrol engines have internal combustion engine. There are usually two types of internal combustion (I.C.) engines – in Reciprocating engine there is a piston and cylinder, the piston does reciprocating to and fro motion within the cylinder, being 2 stroke and 4 stroke engines; in Rotary engine the rotor which is present in the chamber does rotary motion to produce power and there is no reciprocating motion, being turbine engines. On the basis of the types of fuel used, the engine is classified as petrol engine and gas engine and on the basis of cycle of operation, the engine is Otto cycle engine and Otto cycle Dual cycle engine.

On the basis of the number of stroke, there is a Four Stroke Engine in which the piston moves four times i.e., 2 upward (form BDC to TDC) and 2 downward (from TDC to BDC) movement in one cycle of power stroke; Two Stroke Engine in which the piston does two times motion i.e., one from TDC to BDC and other from BDC to TDC. On the basis of ignition, there is a Spark ignition engine (S.I. engine) having a spark plug which is fitted at the engine head. The spark plug produces spark after the compression of the fuel and ignites the air fuel mixture for the combustion, being the petrol engines AND in Compression ignition engine (C.I. engine) there is no spark plug at the cylinder head and the fuel is ignited by the heat of the compressed air as in diesel engines. On the basis of number of cylinders present in the engine, there is a Single cylinder engine consisting of a single cylinder as used in motorcycles, scooter, etc; Double cylinder engine consisting of two cylinders; AND Multi cylinder engine consisting of more than two cylinders upto sixteen cylinders.

On the basis of arrangement of cylinders, there is a Vertical engine where the cylinders are arranged in vertical position; Horizontal engine where cylinders are placed in horizontal position; AND Radial engine which has reciprocating type internal combustion engine configuration in which the cylinders radiate outward from a central crankcase like the spokes of a wheel. According to the valve arrangement of the inlet and exhaust valve in various positions in the cylinder head or block, the automobile engines are classified into four categories - ‘L’, ‘I’, ‘F’ and ‘T’, commonly known as ‘LIFT’ to recall the four valve arrangements. In L-head engine the inlet and exhaust valves are arranged side by side and operated by a single camshaft. The cylinder and combustion chamber forms an inverted L; in I-head engine the inlet and exhaust valves are located in the cylinder head.  A single valve actuates all the valves. These types of engine are mostly used in 3 automobiles; F-head engine is a combination of I-head and F-head engines. In this, one inlet valve is in the head and the exhaust valve lies in the cylinder block. Both the sets of valve are operated by the single camshaft; AND in T-head engine the inlet valve is located at one side and the exhaust valve on other side of the cylinder. Here two camshafts are required to operate, one for the inlet valve and other one is for the exhaust valve.

On the basis of types of cooling, the engines are classified as - Air cooled engines where the air is used to cool the engines. In air cooled engines the cylinder barrels are separated and metal fins are used which provides radiating surface area that increase cooling. The air cooled engines are generally used in motorcycles and scooters AND Water cooled engines where the water is used for the cooling of engine. Water cooled engines are used in cars, buses, trucks and other four wheeled vehicles, heavy duty motor vehicles. An anti-freezing agent is added in the water to prevent it from freezing during cold weather. Every water cooled engines has radiator for the cooling of hot water from the engine. Beside the above types of engine, the internal combustion engine is also classified on the basis of Low speed engine, Medium speed engine and High speed engine AND on the basis of method of fuel injection, these are classified Carburettor engine, Air injection engine and Airless or solid injection engine. Hit and miss governed engine is an engine type in which the entry of the fuel is controlled by the governor. It controls the speed of the engine by cutting off the ignition and fuel supply of the engine at very high speed having qualitatively governed engine and quantitatively governed engine.

WE do all Car Engine Tunings - More horsepower means greater stress for all the units of the aggregate and more wear of the moving parts. However, this does not necessarily mean that tuning will shorten engine life. If done properly tuning will not leave any consequence on the engine other than improving its performance.

WE do the following Car tuning stages : Stage 1 mods: Remap, Suspension upgrade (drop 25mm - 39 mm.), Lighter flywheel, Alloy wheels, Sports exhaust, Panel air filter.
Stage 2 mods: high flow fuel injector, Ported and polished head, Power/Sport clutch, fuel pump upgrades, Fast road cam.

WE GUIDE in proper Car Engine idling: If your car is in motion, apply gently increasing pressure to the brake pedal to slow the car until it comes to a stop. If the car is in park, you won't need to do anything special. As the car runs while stationary, the engine will idle. We will help you and guide you to protect the exhaust system in the car.

WE do all Car Engine Mounting very properly: In most cars, an engine and transmission are bolted together and held in place by three or four mounts. The mount that holds the transmission is called the transmission mount, others are referred to as engine mounts. One part of the engine mount is bolted to the car body or frame and another part holds the engine. The primary purposes of an engine mount are to secure an engine into machinery and to absorb any shocks and vibrations when the machinery is operating. The anti- vibration properties of engine mounts are essential for preventing damage to the engine and for improving operator comfort.

WE CHECK CAR IMMBOLISER: While immobiliser technology is usually tucked away out of sight, in the inner workings of your car and key, its widespread presence in both modern and older cars makes it an effective deterrent against would-be thieves. WE CHECK N TREAT CAR ENGINE COOLANTS: Your car's radiator has a reservoir that stores engine coolant and from that reservoir, coolant flows into and circulates through the engine block, protecting your vehicle from extreme heat or cold. The coolant system works as a simple loop. A pump will send engine coolant to your engine block when the car is running.

WE CHECK AND TREAT CAR ENGINE SURGING: Engine surging is when an engine starts easily and accelerates smoothly, however after a few minutes at a steady speed, it either surges in speed or misfires. Misfiring happens when one of the cylinders of an engine's combustion cycle fails.

WE ALSO CHECK AND TREAT CAR ENGINE OIL: Lubricating oil creates a separating film between surfaces of adjacent moving parts to minimize direct contact between them, decreasing frictional heat and reducing wear, thus protecting the engine. In use, motor oil transfers heat through conduction as it flows through the engine. In short, we satisfactorily deal with all kinds of engine related services, problems, queries & remedies.
